How Pressure Washing Anaheim Works
Pressure Washing Anaheim cleans houses, driveways, patios, pavers, tile roofs, solar panels and commercial properties in Anaheim and the surrounding cities of north and central Orange County.
We start every job by looking at what is being cleaned. Stucco, painted trim, concrete tile, clay tile, broom-finished concrete, interlocking pavers and solar glass each react differently to water, pressure and cleaning solutions. Stucco and roof tile get a low-pressure soft wash. Concrete gets a rotary surface cleaner. Solar glass gets soft brushes and filtered water. The method is chosen surface by surface, not set once for the whole property.
We also plan where every gallon goes. Anaheim's storm drains carry runoff untreated into local waterways, and Chapter 10.09 of the Anaheim Municipal Code prohibits any discharge to the storm drain system that is not entirely stormwater or that contains a pollutant. The countywide stormwater program's guidance for mobile cleaners says wash water may not go to the curb, gutter or storm drain. Before we turn on a machine, we find the nearest catch basins, decide whether rinse water will soak into landscaping, be recovered with a vacuum and tank, or go to a sewer connection with your permission, and set up for that.
After the visit you get a written quote listing each surface, the method and the price. Nothing starts until you approve it, and any change in scope is agreed with you in writing first.
How we work
- Dry cleanup first: loose dirt, leaves and debris are swept or blown off before water goes on.
- Low pressure only on stucco, painted surfaces and roof tile.
- Storm drain inlets near the work area are located and protected.
- Wash water soaks into landscaping, is recovered, or goes to a sewer connection with your permission. It does not run to the street.
- Plants, windows, outlets and light fixtures are protected before cleaning solutions go on.
- Payment only for work you approved in writing.
